History of Leeds in the making
It’s difficult to think too far ahead right now, but one day we will all look back on the impact of Coronavirus as a significant part of the history of Leeds. Our great city has come through many challenges over the years, but this is certainly one of our most difficult.
We want to make sure that we document the impact it is having on all of us. Your diaries, experiences, films and pictures will help to paint a picture of what life is like in Leeds and the challenges our people face.
All we need is for you to submit your diary, via this website to make sure we have the best records. It might be a single diary entry or a succession. It might be long or short. It might include photographs or drawings. It might be a film. You can submit in whichever way you feel is best or easiest for you.
Our plan is to run an exhibition of a selection of diaries in the future, so we have asked you to accept our copyright conditions. This is a not-for-profit programme, for the good of the city, so please share generously.
